Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

We do not require you to create an account or to provide personally identifying information such as your name, postal address or phone number in order to use our applications.

• Information you provide voluntarily: If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to diagnose the issue you reported.
• Information collected automatically: Our applications, and the third-party services they rely on, may collect a limited set of technical data used for analytics, crash diagnostics and — in ad-supported apps — advertising:
  • Device model, operating system version and device language;
  • Application version and in-app configuration settings;
  • Approximate (coarse, non-precise) location derived from IP address;
  • Crash logs, stack traces and diagnostic data;
  • In-app events such as screens opened, features used and session length;
  • Advertising identifiers, as described in section 3 below.
• Device permissions: Where an application requests a device permission (for example storage, camera or notifications), that permission is used only for the feature it is requested for, and is explained inside the app at the point of request. Permissions can be revoked at any time from your device settings.
• Payments: Purchases and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Our applications use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These providers act as independent controllers or as processors of that data, and their own privacy policies apply in addition to this one:

• Google Play Services — core Android platform services and app distribution.
• Google AdMob — delivery of advertisements in ad-supported applications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and stability diagnostics.
• Google Play Billing — processing of in-app purchases.

The Google services above are used by our Android applications. Our Windows applications and web versions use only the diagnostic and analytics components listed, and are distributed outside of Google Play; the hosting provider of any web version additionally keeps standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We may disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or of the public. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Our mobile and Windows applications do not use browser cookies directly. However, the third-party services listed above may use cookies, SDK-level local storage and device identifiers — including the Google Advertising ID (GAID) — to distinguish devices, measure app performance and, in ad-supported apps, to serve and cap the frequency of advertisements. Any web version of our products uses only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. This website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

• Your choices: You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time under Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device. Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" limits interest-based advertising. Where required by law (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK), our ad-supported apps present a consent dialog before any personalised advertising or non-essential data collection takes place. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the app's settings screen.
• Children's privacy: Our applications are not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

• Retention periods: We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. In practice: support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months; crash and diagnostic reports are retained for up to 90 days; aggregated analytics data is retained in line with the analytics provider's retention settings (typically 14 months). Data that is no longer needed is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
• Requesting deletion of your data: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with you at any time. Send your request to support@lavrynenko.com.ua with the subject line "Data deletion request", including the name of the application and, where possible, the device advertising ID so that we can identify the relevant records. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. Uninstalling an application removes all data stored locally on your device. Data held by third-party providers can additionally be removed through the controls described in their respective policies.
• Your rights: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Users in the EEA and the UK may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We honour all such requests free of charge.
• Security: We value the trust you place in us and use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. Please remember, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Changes to this policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes are published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes are additionally announced in the affected application's release notes. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
• Links to other sites: Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party site.

Licence

By downloading or using an application published by Lavrynenko Apps, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or redistribute the application or any part of it, nor extract its source code or assets, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our applications for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their normal operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data connected to them.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue an application, or any of its features, at any time. Some features require an active internet connection; charges from your mobile network operator may apply, and are your responsibility. We are not liable for loss caused by lack of connectivity or by third-party platform changes outside our control.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy; we are happy to support any reasonable request. Where a product is distributed outside Google Play — for Windows or on the web — the terms and refund rules of the relevant store or payment provider apply instead.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lavrynenko Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@lavrynenko.com.ua.
